1. Eligibility for Returns
a. Non-Perishable Products:
- We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

b. Fresh Produce:
- Due to the nature of fresh produce, we can only accept returns within 24 hours of delivery.
- Items must be in their original packaging and show no signs of spoilage.

2. Return Process
- Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at info@motherlandstores.co.uk with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
- Packaging: Ensure the items are securely packed, and include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation inside the package.
- Return Shipment: Ship the return items to the address provided in the return authorization.
- Refund/Replacement: Upon receiving the returned items, we will inspect them. If they meet our return policy criteria, we will process a refund to your original payment method or provide a replacement, as per your preference.
3. Exceptions
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with accompanying photographs, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Perishable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have exceeded their shelf life or have been improperly stored.
